West Nile Virus risk is a seasonal risk in Alaska and the North Eastern States:
01 May to 30th November
North Eastern States: Connecticut, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Maine, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, Vermont.

Tropical risk is all year in HAWAII. You cannot donate for 90 days from the date you leave the country.
