- The IBTS is committed to protecting the personal data which it processes and meeting its regulatory requirements under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018
- The IBTS is the data controller for the personal data processed as part of its marketing activities.
- The IBTS is processing your personal data for marketing purposes as outlined here on the basis of your consent
- The IBTS may share your personal data on its social media platforms, via traditional media such as TV/radio/print or via other methods such as newsletter, ezine, marketing email or other promotional material as specified here. In doing so your personal data may be transferred outside of the EEA ( for example if posted on social media platforms)
- The IBTS will retain and use marketing materials produced for as long as they consider them to be relevant and useful.
