Children on Clinics IBTS Policy
CHILDREN ON CLINIC
A child is defined as a person less than 18 years of age.
At all times, responsibility for children on clinic remains with a parent or designated adult guardian, who must be at least 18 years of age.
A donating adult cannot be the sole supervisor of any child who is under 13 years of age. Another adult must be designated to supervise any child who is less than 13 years of age during each part of the donation process.
Children aged between 13 – 17 years must remain in view of their supervising adult at all times.
Children are not allowed on the clinic floor and must remain seated at all times.
